“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basics of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
By: John F. Kennedy
I agree with the know deceased former president that being physically fit is the basics to a more intellectual life. When someone is physically fit they know that hard work pays off, so they know that what they want right now is not what they want to do but the results are what they want. This is an important thing to have because a person with that mentally will push themselves because they know they could do it. That way you will train your brain into thinking the way you want it to think. An example could be that your brain may tell you that you already know the exam but deep down you know that practice makes perfect so in this case it would studding. You know that sudding will get you that A on the exam so you study and know you are, in a way, training your brain into thinking the way that best benefits you. To keep the physical part of the statement you will have to work out and have the correct diet. IN addition to that you need to keep your body healthy by abstaining yourself from doing drugs, smoking, or drinking. As you grow older you naturally lose brain cells and the intake of drugs will only speed that loss up. By drinking you are actually bloating yourself because of all the yeast in beer. By smoking you will ruin your lungs and that only shortens your life. It is just best to life a healthy life and also keep from junk food, which i should do so to. Any type of activity like running will do.
