"When I do good, I feel good. When I feel bad, I feel bad."

If you do something that is right you're rewarded with a conscience of laudatory. When you do something that is bad and you know it is it will be in your mind all day. Sometimes we do things without knowing they're bad but when we find out that what we did was bad our conscience will make it so that we contemplate on our actions. Our conscience will remind us of our actions and if they were good then we will feel good. The reason is because we will be reminded of our decisions and realize how good of a person we were. Now if you are bad or did bad, you will be reminded of your foul actions. You will remember how much of a bad person you were. The point is that when you do good you don't only physically do something good but you also benefit your mood for the time being. For example if you hold the door open for someone you feel good because you know you did good. If you shut the door on the person's face you feel bad because you could have hurt them. You are also not being a CTR person and you might even suffer consequences that aren't all that fun.
