Orthopedic Surgeon
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of an orthopedic surgeon are to conduct surgeries on the body’s musculoskeletal. This includes bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The surgeries that they perform range anywhere from fractures to damages in tendons. They also perform surgeries for arthritis.They will most likely be found in a hospital setting or in their independent officesses. They can even focus mainly on sports, pediatric work, joint replacement or any other part of the body that they prefer.  
Salary: An orthopedic surgeon will make $512,000 a year.
Education: To become an orthopedic surgeon you will need to get a 4 year bachelor’s degree in biology, pre-medicine, or a related field. After that is completed you will need four more years in medical school and a five year residency.
Demand for this profession: The demand for this occupation is increasing by 12%. This is so because more people are discovering medical assistance.
Reflection: I will be pleased with my life if I was an orthopedic surgeon. I say this because I have fractured and broke several parts of my body and have a gist of how things work.
