Ten Native American Commandments
1.Treat the Earth and all that dwells therein with respect
2.Remain close to the Great Spirit
3.Show great respect to your fellow beings
4. work together for the benefit of mankind
5.Give assistance and kindness wherever needed
6.Do what you know to do right
7.Look after the well-being of mind and body
8.Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
9.Be truthful and honest at all times
10.Take full responsibilities of your actions
From all ten of the Native Americans commandments I could conclude that they expect you to live your life by doing what is right. That is the 6th commandment after all. They also expect you to donate to your community. The Native Americans are expected to serve God which they call the Great Spirit. I thought this was quite interesting as they do believe in a greater being but they just call him by another name. I think that being Native American is a really nonchalant way of living. They focus on being kind to one another and being respectful. This is not something that can be said about everyone race let alone race. We can all see that they are truly grateful for what they have and that include integrity. I can firmly say that they have integrity because they are honest and take full responsibility for their actions. Apart from these ten commandments I could also say that they are all used to being in touch with earth and that is pretty good. To finish off, I can say that their way of living is so natural. They live in such peaceful terms.
